Site Inspection

One of our experts meets the client and listens to his requirements. He then inspects the site, prepares a technical report on its current status, and suggests the best resolutions aligned with the client’s aspirations.

Appropriate Services Determination

The communication services or security systems team works on identifying the best solutions that can be used to attain the highest levels of safety and reliability, and then implements the essential systems and equipment.

Contracting Phase

We hold a meeting with the customer to discuss the agreed-upon system and the privileges we will provide, as well as the implementation time, pricing, warranty, and quality policies.

Implementation Phase

After we sign the contract, we will proceed to prepare the execution plan for our missions in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. We also allow our clients to follow up, test systems, and make any necessary modifications.

Free Follow-up

In order to earn our clients’ satisfaction, we not only execute or complete the project; we also provide a free warranty and follow-up program for a full year commencing from the date of installation.
Maintenance work is performed in coordination with the customer care team following the submission of a maintenance request and is overseen by the most competent experts and technicians.

Warranty and quality regulations

Our quality and warranty standards vary based on the requested service or product. Here are more details:

  • Maintenance Services: six months’ warranty on all maintenance work
  • Sales Services Only: comprehensive guarantee on the product for 1–5 years, depending on the product type.
  • Sales and Installation Services: follow-up with the customer for a year, plus two maintenance requests for free.
  • Certificate of Proficiency: is authorized to issue competency certifications by the Saudi Ministries of Commerce and Interior Affairs.

Maintenance Contract Privileges

This is about services that are not bound by annual contracts.
As for annual contracts, they include the following:

  • scheduled visits that include a thorough examination and maintenance of faults, if any.
  • Emergency maintenance requests for sudden breakdowns and remote technical support.
  • Free installation in the case of adding extra cameras or accessories, according to the type of contract.
